All artwork, design layouts, and production proofs must be reviewed and approved by the customer prior to manufacturing.
Once a proof is approved, the order is final. No cancellations, refunds, returns, or changes will be accepted after approval.
Customers are fully responsible for verifying all spelling, colors, sizing, layout, and design details before approving their proof.
Decals Central guarantees the quality of our workmanship and materials. If a product contains a verifiable manufacturing defect (such as misprints, material failure, or production errors not visible on the approved proof), we will replace the defective item at no cost. Defects must be reported within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. Photographic evidence may be required for evaluation.
